Terms of Service (totally real).
By using Vandelay Digital products, you agree to these exceedingly reasonable terms. Please pretend a lawyer reviewed them.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Meeting Mirage or 404-as-a-Service, you represent that you are allowed to avoid meetings and nudge users with witty 404s.
2. Services
We provide: (a) Meeting Mirage (calendar saturation software), and (b) 404-as-a-Service (blame-forward error pages). Both are delivered “as is,” with intentionally polished UX.
3. Data
We process calendar metadata and 404 events to make the illusion believable. You promise not to upload anything weird. We promise to safeguard data with SOC 2-ish controls.
4. Availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be disguised as “Executive Offsite.”
5. Billing
Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers apply. Charges are real; meetings are not. Fees are non-refundable unless George says otherwise.
6. Conduct
Don’t use the services to deceive maliciously. Absurdity must be wielded responsibly and humorously.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by sitcom law, we disclaim liability for missed meetings, offended coworkers, or existential questions raised by 404 copy.
