We keep your data safe enough for a serious company, with a dash of Vandelay charm. Here’s what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, team size, and selected plan.
- Calendar metadata: event titles, times, statuses (no meeting contents).
- 404 telemetry: page paths, referrers, and rage-click signals.
Why we collect it
- To generate believable Mirage events and escalation rules.
- To deliver tone-adjusted 404 pages and routing suggestions.
- To monitor uptime, deflection rates, and improve the product.
How we store it
Data lives in EU/US data centers with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is limited to the Vandelay crew (George tries, but we log everything).
Sharing
We don’t sell data. We may use trusted subprocessors for hosting, analytics, and email. No surprises, no hidden plot twists.
Retention
We keep data as long as you’re a customer and for a short period after for audits (and punchlines). Delete requests are honored promptly.
Your controls
- Access/export your data anytime.
- Request deletion and we’ll clear it—even the fake meetings.
- Toggle themes, tone, and escalation in your workspace.
